Established in 1996, WestSound Engineering, Inc. (WSE)
is a multi disciplined firm providing planning, engineering and land
surveying services to the Puget Sound Area. Strategically located within
minutes of the Kitsap County Offices and within easy access of the
Washington Ferry system, WSE provides consulting services for a variety of
municipal, commercial, light industrial and residential projects.
Founder and current president Craig T. Baldwin, P.E. has an established
reputation for completing quality projects on schedule and within budget.
During his 30 year career Mr. Baldwin has had the pleasure of being involved
in numerous projects in which his office and project management expertise
has resulted in additional value and cost savings to the client.
WSE has a staff of Civil Engineers experienced in engineering design and
project management. Our engineers utilize the latest in analysis software to
augment their skill in engineering standards and alternative design concepts
that are compliant with regulatory standards.
WSE understands the effects various planning and zoning regulations have on the
design, cost and approval of your project. Our knowledge of local
conditions and land-use regulations is both current and comprehensive. We
routinely operate in several jurisdictions and work efficiently with the
wide variety of regulations, policies and procedures that exist in the Puget
Sound region.
The WSE survey department is a fully functioning and fully capable survey
operation that employs GPS and conventional survey practices to provide
precise and accurate location and positions. Our survey department is not
only able to generate topographic and boundary information, but they can
provide layout and construction staking services to augment our firms or
other firms engineering designs. |
